If you have placed your order on-line, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. This email confirmation will be produced automatically in order to provide confirmation of your order details. Postage is free to UK addresses.
Prices on Our Website
All prices are subject to change. Due to the nature of book publishing, occasionally, when books go out of stock and are then re-printed the publishers will increase the price at short notice. If there is a price increase you will be informed before your order is despatched.
Overseas Customers — Please note that there are shipping costs that will be added to your order. We do not use multipliers or figures plucked out of the air. We charge as close to cost as is possible, which is calculated on packed weight of your order. You will be notified of the cost before your order is despatched to you. Due to the way that shipping is calculated it will always be shown as zero on the form below.
You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, or Delta . To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds. We only debit money from your credit/debit card account on the day of despatch. Value of price conversion to your own currency, if an overseas buyer, will be the Exchange rate of the day set by your own bank or credit card company.
Delivery charges for all books purchased from The Express Bookshop are included in the price quoted (UK Customers only). Therefore any purchases unwanted or made in error will be subject to a refund less the costs of delivery (To comply with your mail order rights, you must contact us within 7days to make the arrangement. After this time returns cannot be accepted.) Should you wish to return any purchases for a refund, you are responsible for your own shipping costs. Your purchases must be sent back and received in MINT condition. This applies to the article itself and any packaging. The goods must be insured sufficiently to cover the cost of replacement if lost or damaged. This applies to all returns without exception. Any goods that are not received in pristine condition will not be refunded. Any unauthorised returns will not be credited and you will be informed by letter on the next procedure.
